MISSION

Every child deserves the right to fully realise their potential and every school has the right to be well supported in the processes that best enable this realisation.

Parents in turn, have the right to expect that both of these things will happen in a timely and responsive manner.

Our mission is to facilitate effective, evidence informed support for any child with additional needs. This support must be a good cultural fit for the school and child in question.

Specifically, adjustments must be targeted at the ‘point of performance’ - the point at which the functional impact of the disability is most evident.

We are committed to ensuring that programs and adjustments are designed to maximise independence and implemented with fidelity. To this end, we utilise a range of best practice frameworks including Response to Intervention (RtI) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
